Shipments in the Spanish territory:

Free shipping for all shipments to Spain within the peninsula.

Delivery Times: All of the orders are being send the same day as they are received, always and when they are made before 11:00 am. The orders we receive after 11:00 am, will be send the next work day.

We do not carry out shipments nor deliveries on saturdays, sundays and holidays.

Our parcel company offers us a 24 hour service, so that ‘Melou Clothing Company’ ensures the delivery in 2 days (only counting work days) for orders that are placed before 11:00 am.

The price of shipment to the Balearic islands will be 4€, the delivery will take between 2 to 4 working days (depending whether we send to a major or minor island).

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have to check the shipping price via mail.

During the sales there will be a cost of 5€ for handling of orders less than 25 euros. Furthermore the cost of shipping will be applied if necessary.

The shipping costs depend on the destination country: Spain(Peninsula), Spain(Balearic islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Wales.
The delivery time takes maximum 7 work days. Ask us via Mail (‘’) for the delivery time to your country.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

We ship all over the world, but considering the high cost of international shipments we prefer to do a personal study of each case. Send us an e-mail to ‘’ specifying the products you want to buy and we will contact you as soon as possible. The payment method for international shipments is bank transfer and the delivery time will take longer. We have to wait for the international transfer reaches our bank and then can send the package.

Terms and Conditions for returns:

Our priority is to be pleased with the products you have bought. All products purchased on ‘’ can be returned and refunded, regardless of the reason.

You have 7 working days from receipt of your order, to request a refund (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January the Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December). Do not worry if at this time you do not have time to make the return shipping. If you inform us about that, it is enough.

The products that are being returned must be in the same condition they were sent. They must keep the original packaging, tags, etc.. The garment must be unused.

▪ ▪ Shipping should be using the same protective cardboard box or envelope in which it was received to protect the product. That being the case that it can not be done with the housing with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective case so that the product reaches the store ‘Melou Clothing Company’ with the maximum possible guarantees.

▪ ▪ You must include a copy of the delivery note inside the package, which also marked the returned products and the reason for returning it.

▪ ▪ For hygiene reasons, no refunds are allowed for underwear and swim suits.

▪ ▪ The shipping expenses are paid in return by the customer, the return of the product as much as the posterior shipment of the new product (if the client wants to change one product for the other). Note that ‘Melou Clothing Company’ takes over the amount of postage (total or partial), when buying at, but in no case takes over the postage (not even partially) for exchanges or returns.

In case, that the refund is due to an mistake of us, or because of a factory default, ‘Melou Clothing Company’ will take over the shipping expenses in return. In this case, contact us before, for picking up the items.

After reviewing the article, we will contact us if you are entitled to a refund of “Melou clothing company” only will return the cost of the articles, not the shipping and the refund.

We will refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date you notified us of its intention to withdraw. Refund will be on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, if Card purchases or by bank transfer, cash on delivery for orders to an account where the holder thereof is the person who order, the information must be sent by the client by email. You assume the entire cost and risk of returning the products, as it is indicated above.

There shall be no exchange or return on products that are not in the same condition as when they were received, or have been worn beyond simply opening which are those personalice articles.

This provision does not affect the consumer rights wich are recognized by the law.

How to make an exchange or refund:

As a centralization and a general rule, these are the steps to follow:

1. Return the unused product in the same condition you have received it, with labels, its packaging and original packaging, to the following address:

2. Attach the packing slip or the marked invoice to the product you want to exchange or return, and if possible indicate the reason and the product you want to return.

3. After we have checked the return or exchanged products, and they coincide with the previously mentioned policies, we will either send you the requested product in change or if approved, the amount to your bank account.
Do not accept any return postage due, without having it first been accepted by our customer service.
